Orders

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions.

Payment

Payment must be made in pounds sterling by major credit or debit cards or by cheque. Goods purchased by cheque will be delivered when payment is cleared.

Delivery

You may select one of the following two delivery methods at the final billing page:

  • Standard Delivery £3.75
  • Special delivery (insurance of up to £500.00)- £5.50

Any date for delivery will be indicative only & does not form part of a guarantee.

De Riz cannot be held responsible for delays in transit by us or our suppliers.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original, unworn condition within seven days of receipt. We will issue a refund within 28 days. For the safety of all our customers, we do not accept returns of earrings unless faulty. If you should receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us within seven days. We will not process claims for goods received as faulty after this period of time.

To arrange a return, or if the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please email info@deriz.co.uk quoting your name and address, details of the product, the reason for return and whether you require a refund or replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

If you are returning an item to us for a refund or an exchange then the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. In cases where the return is due to a defect or discrepancy, you will not be responsible for the return delivery charge.

All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing and be in an unworn condition. We will not refund goods that have been worn, do not have their original packaging or show obvious signs of abuse. Goods that are returned to us without their original packaging will be refunded less a deduction of 10%. Goods that show obvious signs of wear or abuse will be returned to the buyer at their own cost.

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your contract with De Riz within 7 days of delivery. Please contact De Riz at info@deriz.co.uk for cancellations.
